Open the product page to view available screenshots and any live demo link. A demo is shown only when the store owner has supplied one.
When can I download my purchase?
Download access appears in your account under Orders & downloads after payment has been confirmed and the product has a file attached.
Why does checkout say a listing is a preview?
Some catalogue entries are sample listings. The store owner must attach the real package and publish the product before it can be purchased.
Can I use a product commercially?
Check the licence notes on the product page. Contact support before purchase if the intended use is not clear.
How do I request a refund or report a file problem?
Read the Refund Policy and contact support with your order number and a description of the issue. Legal rights that apply to you are not removed by store policy wording.
How do I request custom development?
